Terms of use

Using BrewPilot

By downloading or using BrewPilot you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. BrewPilot is for personal use. Please don’t reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it.

BrewPilot Pro

Pro is an optional subscription or one-time purchase that unlocks the brew log, your own recipes and future Pro features. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. You can manage or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings under your name and Subscriptions.

Refunds

Apple processes all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Brewing advice

Ratios, times and grind settings in BrewPilot are starting points. How a cup tastes depends on your beans, water, grinder and kettle. Hot water burns, so pour with care.

No warranty

BrewPilot is provided as it is. I work to keep it correct and running, but can’t promise it will always be free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
