Help
Where does my data live?
On your iPhone or iPad, in Fertigo’s own folder, which you can also see in the Files app. There is no server and no account. If you switch it on in Settings, iCloud Drive keeps your own devices in step.
How do I back it up?
Your device’s iCloud or computer backup includes Fertigo. On top of that, More > Export and backup packs everything into one file you can keep wherever you like, and brings it back on a new phone.
How long do I have to keep invoices?
As long as the law in your country asks, which in Germany is eight years. That duty stays with you, whichever app you use, so make a backup now and then.
I made a mistake on an invoice. What now?
A finished invoice keeps its number and can’t be changed, which is how it should be. Open it, tap ⋯ and choose Correct: it’s cancelled with a document of its own, and a new draft opens with the same content.
Is my invoice valid?
Fertigo asks for what the country you chose requires and won’t finish a document with something missing. It can’t check that what you enter is right, and it’s not tax advice. If you’re unsure which tax case applies, ask your accountant.
How do I get Pro back on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID and Pro comes back by itself. If it doesn’t, open More > Fertigo Pro and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel?
In More > Fertigo Pro, or in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, trial included. Everything you wrote stays readable and exportable.
