Terms of use
Last updated November 1, 2026
Using Fertigo
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app. These terms are added when you agree to them on buying Fertigo Pro. If they differ, these terms go first for what they cover.
What Fertigo is
Fertigo helps you write business documents and keep track of them. It asks for the details the country you chose requires, and it creates PDFs and e-invoice files. It isn’t accounting software, and it’s not tax or legal advice.
What stays with you
You decide what goes on your documents, and you’re responsible for it: the amounts, the tax case, the wording, the numbers and sending them on time. Check what you send. If you’re unsure, ask your accountant or tax adviser. Rules change and differ by country, and I can’t promise that a rule is reflected from the day it changes.
Keeping your records
Fertigo stores everything on your device, and a device can be lost or broken. Make backups. Keeping your records for as long as the law asks is your duty, whichever app you use.
Fertigo Pro
The first 2 invoices, every quote and cancellation, and reading e-invoices are free. Fertigo Pro opens further invoices and the tools marked Pro. It comes as a yearly or a monthly subscription, or as a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and the yearly plan starts with a free trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage and cancel them in your Apple account settings. A free trial ends when you buy another plan of the same kind or when the trial becomes a paid subscription.
If you cancel, what you wrote stays readable and exportable.
Refunds
Apple processes all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your legal rights stay as they are.
Defects
I work to keep Fertigo correct and running, but can’t promise that it will always be free of errors. Your statutory rights apply to defects.
Liability
I’m liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, and where the Product Liability Act or a guarantee requires it. For slight negligence I’m liable only for breach of a duty that is essential to the contract, and only up to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Beyond that, I’m not liable for slight negligence, in particular for lost data you could have prevented by making a backup.
Changes
New versions of these terms apply to new purchases, and to running subscriptions only once you agree. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
Governing law
German law applies. If you’re a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country you live in stay in force.
